The case arrived damaged from shipping. It was enclosed in a plastic bag and shipped usps, NOT the best way to protect the wooden case. Since they were out of the ordered case my options were keep the damaged box and accept a partial refund or accept the leather replacement. The box was ordered specifically to be included in a memorial to my deceased wife. Other than my disappointment in receiving a damaged box the rose was beautiful and well worth the price.

Product is garbage and for me to have to spend my time disputing charges and writing reviews of how bad this product and customer is, is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention my time of contacting my credit card company to have the charges removed because they will not call you back and remedy the problem. I’m amazed they are in business the way they have conducted themselves. Unfortunately I have to give them one star because they deserve zero.
